Churchill was started in 1989 and now offers vehicle break down cover through their partner company Green Flag. Their service is therefore likely to be very similar to Green Flag and pricing should also be about the same.
The policies they offer are good value for money, however they lack the flexibility of some other providers. The price of some of their higher levels of cover at first look much cheaper than some of the other companies, however,
this is due largely to the fact the cover is vehicle based, once you add on personal cover the price goes up to that of most other companies. As most, if not all, european cover is vehicle based, both Churchill and Green
Flag compare very well with other companies offering this service.
Popular Churchill Branded Services.
Even though they entered the market many decades after the likes of the AA and the RAC, Churchill breakdown services is one of the newer names making waves in the market. Again, like the AA, they have gone for an array of branded packages which includes, Churchill Breakdown recovery, Churchill homecall, Churchill rescue, Churchill homecall and rescue and Churchill advanced rescue. However like so many others in the market they do not have a competitor to the AA Repair Cover element.
